The first round interviews will be based on your application and work sample, so make sure to think about your answers. The results will be emailed by the following morning.

INTERVIEWS (March 21th-25th) (INVITE ONLY)

Select applicants will be invited via email to interview with us. Interviews will consist of both behavioral and technical questions.

Dress code: Business Formal

Meeting method: Scheduled calendar invite with a zoom link

Based on your interview performance, we will email you the results regarding your acceptance the following morning.

Once you are accepted, there is no need for applying again for our next business cycle! There will also be a lot of promotional opportunities. For example, you can apply as a project manager, social media manager, recruitment manager, and even director positions. Your responsibilities as a consultant varies depending on your own skill set and the project scopes.

DO I NEED TO BE A SPECIFIC YEAR OR MAJOR TO APPLY?


No! Anyone from undergraduates/graduates to working professionals can apply. All majors are encouraged to apply as well!




HOW DO I PREPARE FOR THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS?


We recommend getting your resume ready early! Be sure to highlight your recent accomplishments and leadership experience, using the appropriate business-resume format.
